General Conditions

Payment Conditions

The Charter payment must be made in two times:
- To validate the booking of the vessel, the client must pay the 50% of the Charter cost at first time.
- The client must pay the 50% of the Charter cost a month before boarding.

The payment can be made by different ways:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- VISA

Deposit

The client who rent the boat with Aurumyacht must give a deposit according to any problem it can exist when the crew is in it and according to the breach of the contract signed before boarding, cancellation, stolen materials, or faults in the Check List also checked before.
The deposit depends of the boat rented and the Contract Conditions:
- lengths less than 39 feet: 1.400 €
- lengths over 39 feet: 1.800 €
- Motorboats: 2.000 €
The deposit will be return to the client once he and the crew are on land and the responsible of Aurumyacht must have done the Check Out and have found the boat in the same conditions as before the charter.

Reservations and Cancellations

The cancellation cost of the reservation is different in reference to the time of the cancellation:
- Three months before, the cost is a 10% of the amount given
- Less than three months, the cost is the 30% of the amount given
- Less than one month before boarding, the cost is the total amount given

Discounts

Aurumyacht S.L. offers discount in appreciation for the trust placed in us:
- 5% for clients that repeat with us.
- 5% for the charter of two consecutive weeks
- 10% for the charter of more than two weeks
(Discount cannot accumulate)

Timetable of boarding

One day renting:

- 10.00h to 20.00h

A weekend renting

- Friday at 20.00h until Sunday at 20.00h

A week renting:

- Saturday at 12.00h until Friday at 20.00h

Documentation

- A copy of the Identification Card of all the crew
- A copy of the license according that the client can sail a craft

Extras

- Skipper 140€ day + maintenance.
Final cleaning:
- lengths less than 39 feet: 70 €
- lengths over 39 feet: 90 €
- Motorboats and Bavaria 50: 100 €
